voting on runelocus

on runelocus when u vote it says u can only vote once every 24hrs
most ppl know this, but some dont thats why im posting it:
u can vote once every 12 hrs so twice a day not once a day, so get the server as many votes as u can.
also go advert get more ppl cuz ppl quit when servers been down

remember on demonscape that shitty server, i used 2 get like 20votes a day haha dice in one day that was such a failed vote point system LMFAO
